Plain English Summary

Use CompeteRadar for legitimate business purposes. Don't abuse the service or use it to monitor individuals. Pay on time, cancel anytime. We only monitor publicly available data — it's legal, ethical, and fully above board.

01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CompeteRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and anyone who accesses competerad.co.

CompeteRadar is operated by Reid Stemmler. Questions can be directed to hello@competerad.co.

02 What CompeteRadar Does

CompeteRadar is a competitor intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information about businesses you specify and delivers a weekly AI-written digest summarizing relevant changes. This includes publicly available pricing, reviews, job postings, website changes, and social mentions.

Public Data Only

CompeteRadar exclusively monitors information that is publicly accessible — the same information any person could find by visiting a website or reading a review platform. We do not access private accounts, internal systems, confidential data, or any information requiring authentication to view.

03 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use CompeteRadar you must:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@competerad.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

04 Subscriptions & Payment

CompeteRadar is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.

05 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

The AI-generated digests delivered to you are for your personal business use. You may share digest content internally within your organization but may not republish, resell, or distribute it externally.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

Important

CompeteRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that competitor data is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Monitoring results depend on publicly available information and the capabilities of our data sources. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompeteRadar and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompeteRadar and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11 Service Availability & Changes
